Goal

A transfer has been initiated from Location A to Location B and during the shipment the truck carrying the goods meets an unfortunate event which leads to damage of entire goods resulting in initiation of insurance. In this situation the goods are not reaching the stores and are totally damaged.

What are the ways to handle this case within the MFCS application, the client does not want to use either of the codes already defined by the system i.e. - SL - Shipping Location Faulted , RL - Receiving Location Faulted
