Changes To The Risk Matrix Template Score Colors Value Cannot Be Saved (Doc ID 3058588.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Color score value change of Risk matrix template cannot be saved successfully.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the color score changea can be saved successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to open one workspace->Summary & Settings->Risk Matrix Template.
  3. Click the setting icon of the 'Probability and Impact Diagram'.
  4. Change the value greater than to a different number for any color->Apply.
  5. Found the value change in the diagram does not display color as the changed value.
  6. Click the setting again, found the color score changes back to original value which means the value change cannot be saved.
