Error while running K1-ILMNC Compression batch jobs

While running the batch over the weekend in the test environment user saw the error. the user tried to run it multiple times but it's getting error out. The user has attached the logs for reference.

The user had run the same batches in the 23C environment where the user had not seen any such issues before. Please check and suggest this. We need to run this in production after the testing is completed in lower environments.
