Problem Broadcaster And Missing The "WorkStatus" (Doc ID 3058804.1)

Goal



Problem Broadcaster - Customer found a problem on the boradcaster status that for some stores doesn't place the needed info into the broadcaster.
More in detail the record in the broadcaster seems to be existing but they miss the "workStatus".

Example -

When customer recalls the XOCS Broadcaster endpoint with the following body

all the records doesn't have the "workStatus" (should exist a tag with value NEW or PROCESSED). This imply that the all the transaction\poslog affected by this issue are not retrieved (they are not visible) to the system that make request to the REST broadcaster API service.

Only 2 records that have the status are because customer re-published poslog from Xadmin interfaces on that 2 specific transaction. Please advice urgently to verify why this issue has occurred, provide the list of all transaction\poslog with missing tag and re-submit the data.
