ICL Tables (API_EXT_ITEM) Not Being Reflected To The Json Store Tables (Doc ID 3058893.1)

Goal

We are facing issues with the changes in ICL tables (API_EXT_ITEM) not being reflected to the json store tables. In spite of doing a reload using the MERCHAPI RELOAD job, the records in ICL tables are not picked up and moved to JSON store tables in UAT1.
This severely impacts the Performance Testing that is ongoing on the test Environment for MERCH.
