Goal

The daily process "pricing_daily" was executed and within the daily a calc group daily_calc is executed, however the order of the Rule Groups set in "batch_calc_list.txt" is not respected.

For example a rule group containing a calculated measure is stuck in pending, but the rule group that should run after and use that measure has started and finished.
