Symptoms
When publishing custom prints or custom reports, the following error is observed:
ERROR

Internal error. Server is not accessible. Contact system administrator
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Unifier Company Workspace.
- Expand "Configuration" node.
- Open "Custom Templates".
- Try to Publish custom template in "Draft" status (Error is observed).
