Observing "Internal error. Server is not accessible. Contact system administrator" When Attempting to Publish Draft Printing Templates (Doc ID 3059381.1)

Symptoms

When publishing custom prints or custom reports, the following error is observed:


ERROR

Internal error. Server is not accessible. Contact system administrator


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Unifier Company Workspace.
  2. Expand "Configuration" node.
  3. Open "Custom Templates".
  4. Try to Publish custom template in "Draft" status (Error is observed).
