Symptoms
UPC not updating in EDI Maintenance when VPN change is made.
For EDI Injected Invoices, when there is VALID_UPC fixable error users try to key in right VPN or Item related to the right UPC and this use to update the right UPC along with the Item but now after recent HF into 19.3.016.23 version this is not working.
UPC remains as is from injected value but not getting updated when right Item or VPN is keyed in by users. Please check this is as high priority and suggest on this.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1: Open IMCS UI
2: Go to EDI Maintenance screen
3: Search for Invoices failed with Fixable error 'VALID_UPC' error
4: Try to fix the error by providing valid item or VPN
5: Click Save and notice you get 'Invalid UPC' and 'This UPC is not valid for this supplier'
