EDI Document Maintenance Does Not Allow To Edit Fixable Error (Doc ID 3059592.1)

Symptoms

The EDI document has fixable error, however, on edit, it does not allow to edit the details on the document.

Steps to replicate:
1. Login to Invoice Matching.
2. Go into EDI Document Search > search for error type "VALID_ITEM"
3. Select one of the documents and go to Action -> Edit

Observe that the Document opens for edit, however, unable to edit the Items to correct the UPC on the document, since Item field is not editable.
