Symptoms
When attempting to the synchronization "Get Activities and Assignments from P6 for EVM" in Primavera Gateway, the following error occurs.

Unifier return code is 1017. Resource and Role ID not available or invalid for Assignment Record. Please run resource and role synchronization.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run "Get Resource and Role Rates from P6 for EVM" to synchronize Resources and Roles from P6 to the Master Rate Sheet in Unifier
2. Run "Get Activities and Assignments from P6 for EVM" to create the Activity Sheet in Unifier
