Symptoms
The Financial Manager Dashboard is not refreshing or showing up any information after user enters criteria for the AP Reviewer.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
After logging into REIM
1. From the Financial Dashboard, select AP Reviewer and Set of Books
2. Click on Search button
3. Dashboard is not refreshed or reflects any information for the selected criteria
