Symptoms

Blank Template download does not reflect the column name changes in the Data Load Configuration.

Steps to reproduce:
----------------------------
1. Create a custom upload template using existing template configuration.
2. Change the column names as required. Save and Close.
3. Download a blank template for the custom template configured. Observe that the column names do not reflect the updated ones.
