Goal

Unable to add customer order id for return pos_transaction in SIOCS .

Post return transactions from ecom portal to siocs for customer order id, cust_order_id will not be updated in database table pos_transaction.

The customer order id sent in the message should be updated in the pos_transaction table.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SIOCS receives the message payload including the line with "custOrderId": "TYO171226257"
2. POS_TRANSACTION record shows all the other data sent in the message correctly except the cust_order_id is null.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reference the customer order id.
