Getting the following error when trying to generate eVAERS report
Error No:402000609
Description Case 24US001428 General error while creating ICSR report.
The value is required to be provided for at least one of these elements:
PATIENTBIRTHDATER3(D.2.1),
PATIENTONSETAGE(D.2.2a),
PATIENTAGEATVACCINATION(FDA.D.2.1a),
PATIENTAGEGROUPR3(D.2.3)
when LOCALCRITERIAREPORTTYPE(FDA.C.1.7.1) is not Malfunction.
None of the required information is known.
