Goal

In an Oracle Multitenant environment or Non-CDB environment, during post-patching with datapatch, there might be scenarios where it becomes necessary to back up the REGISTRY$SQLPATCH table. This backup could be critical for restoration if rows with a successful status are accidentally deleted.
