Symptoms

When we tried to export to XER or to import from XER the project following error occurs


Executable: PM.EXE
Application: Primavera P6 Professional 24
Event Code: AVAA0-0527-7
Message: Access violation at address 00007FFDEDE97921. Read of address 0000000000000000


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch P6 Desktop Client.
  2. Select File --> Import/Export.
