Goal

Guidance required on DQ Rule Filters and Specific Value Check

The client requirement is to execute reference check, Null value check and LOV check for attribute 1 in stage accounting entries based on certain filter criteria on another attribute, let's say attribute 2 in ('X','Y','Z').
The application creates these seeded DQ checks but without any DQ Rule filter.
Question 1a: Is it possible to apply DQ rule filters on seeded DQ checks?
Question 1b: If not, what is the product guidance and roadmap for this functionality?
Question 1c: Is the product guidance to re-create all these DQ checks using custom DQ checks( Mandatory, Range and Comparison) to be able to use DQ filters?

Question 2: Additionally, in the "Comparison- specific value" custom DQ check, is it allowed to add multiple comparison values separated by a comma to check against?
For example, let's say there is signage attribute in the staging table and the DQ Check requirement is to validate that the signage attribute is populated with either + or -. While creating a custom DQ check, Comparison- Specific value is selected, operator is selected as =, can we provide more than one value in Text Value field as shown below?
Text Value: +,-
