Bulk Edit Doesn't Update Title Column In Tasks (Doc ID 3061868.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A data element (target field) is designed with Advanced formula to get value from another data element field (source field) .

Bulk edit to update source field value does not work for target field value when checking from the Collaboration task list for the same record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the collaboration task list to show the target field value the same as the record details when using bulk edit function to update the source field value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log into Unifier.
  2.  Navigate to business process record list and select records.
  3.  Click Actions->Bulk Edit->Update the source field with a new value->Update.
  4.  It shows the the source field value successfully updated.
  5.  Open the record from the business process log and notice that the target field has been updated as expected from the new value of the source field.
  6.  If the same user navigates to Collaboration->Tasks->The target field still shows the original value in the task log.
  7.  When checking the right-hand preview panel of the same record, the target field is correct with the new value from source field.
