Goal

Why does the weekly batch sometimes process the class label (r_classlabel) and sometimes it is not processed at all. 


In this particular scenario, there are two batch jobs that run in the weekly batch related to r_classlabel. First MFP_COM_HIER_IMP_OBS_W job runs and unpacks the load file hiers_data.zip (which includes r_classlabel.csv.ovr). Secondly, the MFP_COM_DATA_IMP_OBS_W job runs and processes the r_classlabel.csv.ovr file.
