Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TEXP does not update when additional expenses are added to a PO

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All expenses added to a PO should be included in TEXP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO
2. Add expenses
3. Save and Close
4. Go back into expenses
5. Add an expense to the list
6. TEXP does not update
