SIOCS - ASNInMod In Error In Mps Staged Message - "Delivery not processed. Delivery already partially or fully received." (Doc ID 3062548.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 13, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service - Version 24.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

You received three different ASNInMod messages, for WH2ST transfers, that are in error. However, on checking their contents all the quantities have been received, the error messages are : " Delivery not processed. Delivery already partially or fully received."

For reference, all stores are set up with the Warehouse Auto Receive option set to Date Driven, with 0 as the Number of days.

Your understanding is, whenever the Warehouse sends the message to SIOCS:

a. You first receive the ASNInCre message as it is from external WMS system.
b. Then you receive an ASNInMod message with the exact same information except with the flag added and set to 'Y' and flag added and set to 'N'.
c. Finally you receive a last ASNInMod message with the exact same information except with flag added and set to 'Y' and flag added and set to 'Y'.

1. Is this the expected behavior, to have three messages received in the sequence above to complete the auto-receiving?

2. Is the "Transfer Delivery Auto Receive" necessary to be run in the environment? Any store having an auto Receive configuration set to Date Driven is always paired with the 0 as the Number of days.

3. Could this batch running be the reason the ASNInMod messages were failed in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE, knowing that the related ASNInCre were received around the exact time of this batch running? For reference, at the moment this is running every 2 hours.
