Symptoms
On 24C, when attempting to perform data loading with validate manifest file enable, the process failed with below error.
ERROR

INFO Trying to download data file input_20240531_PBSMCS_LOAN_CONTRACTS_LOC.txt
INFO Data file download completed
INFO Trying to download manifest file
ERROR Error in validating/downloading manifest
