Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When trying to sign in OPC environment after resetting password successfully, the page requires configure the MFA.
EXPECT BEHAVIOR
Expect the user can log into OPC environment without configuring MFA after resetting password successfully.
The issue can be reproduced as the following steps:
- Open OPC URL and enter the user account email address.
- Click Next to the actual login page.
- Enter user email address and click on 'Need help signing in?' link.
- Enter 'What's your user name?' and click Next.
- The email address will receive a notification 'Reset your profile password for xxxx'.
- The user clicks on Reset Password button from the email notification to reset the password successfully.
- Click Signing in from the reset password confirmation page.
- After entering the username and password, the page requires configuration of MFA.
