Symptoms

ALC Review shows Error ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero returned by program unit ORDER_ATTR

Steps to Reproduce:

0 default_tax_type = GTS

1. create PO with 2 items
2. ship 1 item
3. receive shipment by item
4. cancel remaining item
5. review ALC

Actual Behavior:

Review of received item is ok.
Review of not received and canceled item shows error ORA-01476
