Bulk Update Failed To Import Due to Null Error (Doc ID 3063348.1)

Symptoms

When trying to update Business Process (BP) data by way of Bulk Update the following is returned when importing the data:

ERROR
-----------------------
Bulk Update: Failed to import data – Error: Field: XXXX_XXXX has error: null

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the BP workspace.
  2. Select the BP records which need to be updated.
  3. Click on: Bulk Update > Export Data > Selected Records > Main Form and All Line Items...
  4. Open or Save the file.
  5. Populate the template and Save the data to a local/network drive.
  6. In the BP workspace click on: Bulk Update > Import Data...
  7. Brows or Drag and Drop the saved template file and click on the Upload button.
  8. Notice the error.
