SOCS JET MOBILE: MDM Configurations Not Reflecting On SOCS (Doc ID 3063353.1)

Symptoms

When the WorkSpace1 MDM pushes the below 3 configurations for the JET mobile app ,only 2 of the 3 configurations get applied.The SIOCS Base URI field does not get populated.

SIOCS Base URI: <DOMAIN_NAME>-xxx-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/rgbu-rex-xxx-xxx-siocs
IDCS Bse URl : https://idcs-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.identity.oraclecloud.com
Oauth2 Client ID: RGBU_SIOCS_STG1_SOCS_JETMOBILE_APPID
