When viewing Scalar Readings/Measurements (via the Edit button of a measurement on Scalar Readings zone of the Device Configuration portal or equivalent), there is a Low Boundary Reading and Consumption value indicated as well as a High Boundary Reading and Consumption value. How are these values for the Reading and Consumption boundaries calculated?
