On : 23.1 version, Merch - Financials
Stock Ledger spreadsheet download not working using a Set of Books as Location filter.
When trying to download the Stock Ledger into a Spreadsheet for the whole Set of Books, it freezes and the download does not start.
Note: Checked MONTH_DATA table and we only have 88K records across a couple of months.
ERROR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Finance --> Download Stock Ledger.
2. Select Location = Set of Books
3. View = Months
4. End of Period = 20232
5. Template = Cost-Retail Template

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the stock ledger.
