On : 19.3 version, Omnichannel Data Service

What is the reason VAT Code not flowing from RMS to OCDS via RIB?

In RMS, there are 2 VAT Codes for an item for the VAT Region 9. One was created on 5/10/2023 and the second one was created on 10/31/2024.
In OCDS, you only see one VAT Code in the VAT_ITEM. It is not showing the latest VAT_CODE for region 9.
