Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When modifying the project dates in the Capital Planning functionality, the cost distribution is only shifted for the period where the years are broken down in months. For the rest of the period, the distribution stays the same as it was before the dates were changed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The cost distribution should reflect the Project End Date change.
