Tssum() Function Doesn't Seem To Work When The Base Measure Has A Zero Value For A Period (batch)
(Doc ID 3064138.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 20, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting Cloud Service - Version 23.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Using the formula: DrTyRcptAUC = tssum(DrTyRcptC) / tssum(DrTyRcptU) to calculate a cumulative AUC to apply a unit cost to inventory and sales. This is part of a batch rule group.
Looking at the dump from a data validation workspace, it is expected that the measure is populated 'through the end of time'. But instead it has no values whenever the underlying base measure has no value. But it accurately does a tssum (cum) again when it encounters a period with values.
