ENVIRONMENT
Oracle Retail Home Cloud Service - v24.1.402.0
REPORTED ISSUE
It has been reported that when attempting to access Analytics Publisher on the STAGE environment Retail Home Portal, the following error is reported:

The server can not be used due to a configuration error, please contact the administrator. If you are the administrator, please consult BI Publisher user guide for proper configuration.

Performing the same process on the PROD environment works successfully.
BUSINESS IMPACT:
This is blocking integrations, as the PROD environment doesn't currently hold any data, all the data is available on STAGE
