ReceiptCre Message Failure Refer To Incorrect Transfer (Doc ID 3064297.1)

Symptoms

User has processed the receipt message in External system to close it in MFCS which is an already closed transfer in XSTORE but noticed receipt message failed with an error.


javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Location  (S2)is not a valid to location for transfer (T1).

Actual transfer (T2) is for store (S2) which user processed the receipt message in External system at 29 Oct, 15:07:33.

In Riha, they got the receipt-cre error at 29 Oct, 15:07:35, but the error was "Location (S2) is not a valid to location for transfer (T1)." which is the right location, but incorrect transfer number.

100001086389 (T1)is for a different location(S1).

Caused by: com.retek.rib.binding.exception.RIBIntegrationException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E]Location (S2)is not a valid to location for transfer (T1).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 transfers with different items
- Tsf1 between 2 WH's
- Tsf2 between WH to Store.

2. Ship both the transfers

3. Received the Tsf1 using receiving publishing webservice and receipt updated to MFCS as expected.

4. Received the Tsf2 by adding extra item which is part of Tsf1

5. Receipt is failed error

Due to this issue, users cannot process the receipt message in MFCS.
