Symptoms

Full Names Gets Deleted. Below are the steps to re-produce the issue

1. Access the application.

2. Click on IHUB real time screening.

3. Provide the Jurisdiction , business domain.

4. Provide the first name => Verify the full name column . It populates with First name.

5. Provide the last name => Verify the full name column. It appends the last name.

6. Now click on first name or last name column  The Full name values gets blank
