Goal

The job IPO_WB_BUILD_D failed during the nightly batch with the Errors in the log seen below:

"Unspecified error" 
"Task failed. Child task <TASKID>/1/1/1/pl_db/<NUMBER> is forced to failed" 
Or when executed manually from the application OAT module:
"Unable to process your request. If the problem persists contact your system administrator."

Is this job safe to skip in Oracle Retail Process Orchestration and Monitoring (POM)?
