Can The Cache Option For The Mentioned Sequence Be Removed? (Doc ID 3064825.1)

Goal


There is a concern on the large gaps within ItemList IDs created because the sequence used (LIST_SEQUENCE) has a cache size of 5000. In Production, even though there are only 3300 ItemLists, the current ID is 7 digits. Can the cache option for the mentioned sequence be removed to better utilizing the numbers?
