Goal

The Manage LPO Recommendations screen in the Oracle Retail Promotion and Markdown Optimization Cloud Service (PMO) application does not show any data. What should be checked?

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into the application.
2. Under 'Tasks' select 'Manage LPO Recommendations'
3. There is no data.
