Duplicate tax code error won't go away even after removing the duplicate tax in RESA UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Uploaded the transaction from RTLOG which has error’s DUP_TAXC and TRAN_OUT_BAL.
2. Go to transaction search screen and click on edit transaction.
3. Find the duplicate tax and remove it from the item(DIST TAX has been removed which has duplicate here).
4. Removed the Duplicate tax for NMITEM-60
5. Error remains same post removing the duplicate tax for NMITEM
6. Deleted the NMITEM-60 which has shown error
7. Keyed In the NMITEM-60 again
8. Added the Sales Tax with value 0 for NMITEM-60
9. Still DUP_TAXC error occurs for this transaction.
