Missing BP Setup in Configuration Package Component List (Doc ID 3065318.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

In Configuration Package's Component list, a Cost Type Business Process (BP) Setup is missing from Single Instance Shells > Setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The BP Setup should be visible in the Component List.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Unifier.
2. Navigate to Company Workspace -> Configuration Package -> Component List -> Single Instance Shells -> Setup.
3. Observe the affected BP setup is not there.
