Missing API For Ticket Request From External System To MFCS (Doc ID 3065334.1)

Goal

Currently MFCS allows Ticket Request to be created via UI only and there is no API for external system to send Ticket Request.

Usually Store personnel will be the one to request Tickets and they won't have access to MFCS to perform the request.

Note this is different than the Ticket Creation and Assigning to Items, which do have non-UI solutions. Tickets can be created via Induction and assigned to Items via API, but the actual requests for the tickets can only be done via MFCS UI.
