Symptoms

When a user tries to login to a P6 application, the following error occurs.

Error: ORA-04036: "PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to P6 Cloud using the ClickOnce client
2. Enter credentials
3. Observe error message
