Symptoms
When calling Order Header and Order Details API its it erroring out with Gateway Time out error.
Its is for all type of action "Create" ,"Delete" all. From Post man also

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load/create order via rest webservice: MerchIntegrations/services/purchaseOrder/details/create
Order has 10k itemloc lines so splitting in chunks of 500 or 100
2. Call fails after 15 minutes with 504 Gateway timeout.
