Why Did MFP Sales Plan Import to AIF Job Not Insert Any Data into RSE Table? (Doc ID 3065625.1)

Goal

After RI table was populated with SALES Plan number (MFP_PLAN1_EXP), the "RSE_FCST_SALES_PLAN_LOAD_ADHOC_JOB" was executed. However, the "RSE_FCST_SALES_PLAN_DTL" does not contain any rows. What steps are missing?
