Order Entry Not Finding Items (Doc ID 3065765.1)

Goal

In modern view order entry when you try to place an item on the order and enter the item number you get a "loading" window that lasts for about 30 seconds and does not find any item even if the item number is correct.

What is causing Item Lookup to fail in returning item record?

Issue occurs in MV Order Entry /[Add Items to order].
a. Type item E.G (BRK1)
b. Enter to proceed with lookup.
c. Screen displays "Loading" for extended time (45 plus seconds).

Note: Item lookup response takes 45 plus seconds.
In some instances the lookup returns no results and has to be performed again.
