Symptoms
When attempting to start P6 Professional, using Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD), the following error occurs:
Session failed: Failed to connect to host.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Start Primavera Virtual Desktop using the link in the cloud environment portal.
- Select the P6 Professional desktop.
- Observe the error.
