ENH REQ: Show DSD/receipt ID In The Info Screen Of Purchase Order Items Screen In SOCS (Only 1 DSD Per PO)
(Doc ID 3065927.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 09, 2025
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service - Version 24.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Describe how the current product functionality is insufficient
===============================================
The store administration option 'Allow Multiple Deliveries against PO with No ASN' of topic 'DSD Receiving' is set to No, so it's expected to have only one DSD/receipt ID per Purchase Order.
When the user clicks the button 'Create Receipt' in the Purchase Order Items screen in SOCS (mobile app), the DSD ID is shown in the following screen (DSD Rcv Containers screen) and the user can progress with the receiving by creating/adding containers/items and then get back to Purchase Order Items screen again. If for some reason the user does not write down the DSD ID that was shown in the DSD Rcv Containers screen, it is already complicated for them due to the flow itself to be able to obtain it, since it is not shown at the end in the Purchase Order Items screen.
The user does not want to go to Shipping & Receiving -> DSD Receiving screen and search/filter by the purchase order number.
Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request
===============================================
Is it possible to add the DSD/receipt ID in the Info screen accessible from the footer/Actions menu of the Purchase Order Items screen.
This information should be shown when a DSD has already been created for the respective PO and the 'Create Receipt' button is no longer available.
Describe how this Enhancement will benefit your business
===============================================
This will improve the flow efficiency for DSD receiving on the above scenario.
