Goal
Version: 24.1.301.2
Q: Describe how the current product functionality is insufficient.
A: The Product Group Rest Service allows to create components with up to 5k items. However, this customer has a requirement of getting 15k items in a Unit Count.
Q: Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request.
A: Can we increase this limit to match this requirement?
If not, can we get a new operation type for the service to append data instead of replacing it? That way we could call the service 3 times in a row to get to the 15k.
Q: Describe how this Enhancement will benefit your business.
A: We can maintain the current architecture of calling SIOCS services for the created extension, since the way that SIOCS makes available to perform stock counts does not comply with their current process.
