Symptoms
When an Action Form has a Required Data Element (DE) field(s) that do not seem to have an entry:
Expected Result
When clicking on the Send (for workflow type Business Processes (BP's)), or Submit (for non-workflow type BP's), button an Errors and Warnings dialog box should pop up indicating that: "*DataElementLabel is a required field.' for the DE(s) in question.
*where the Label/Name for the DE is unique
Actual Result
On Send/Submit: An Errors/Warnings dialog box is Not popping up when required fields do not seem to have an entry. On clicking the button nothing seems to happen.
It is observed that when the DE field(s) in question is subsequently populated, and then removed, the Errors and Warnings dialog box Does pop up as expected when the button is clicked.
