ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When editing related items in MFCS, the MNT file is generated with INSERT, instead of DELETE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When editing related items in MFCS, the MNT file should be generated with correct update, like INSERT/DELETE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) In MFCS Application, Navigate to Items -> Manage Items
2) Search for an item which has a related item
3) Edit the item
4) More Actions -> Click Related items
5) Add a new related item with start date and end date as null
6) Delete the existing related item
7) Save and close
8) MERCHAPI_OMNI_RELATED_ITEM_ADHOC_JOB batch is scheduled to execute for every 15 mins in POM.
9) Check the mnt file in XOCS. Both related items are sent with INSERT
