Goal

On : Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service version 24x, Operations & Maintenance

Issue reported - ReIM to Financial - "Missing PAYMENT_TERMS_XREF cross reference or base field is null"

The error is "Missing PAYMENT_TERMS_XREF cross reference or base field is null" but the invoices have the terms "Immediate" which exists in RFI Cross Reference with the "RETAIL ID" = 'Immediate' with the "EXTERNAL SYSTEM ID"= 'IMMEDIATE'
